This tortilla pizza is the easiest pizza ever! It takes about 10 minutes total. This quick and easy recipe is great for lunch, dinner or a snack. It can be suitable for many diets and lifestyles.

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla, see notes
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • First, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place tortilla on a baking pan. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and any desired toppings.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • For an extra crispy pizza, broil on high for 1 minute.
  • Finally, remove from oven. Slice and serve!

Notes

  • Both regular and
  •  work.
  • If using flour tortillas, look for ones that are thicker.
  • If using gluten free tortillas, I recommend almond flour or quinoa tortillas.
  • Corn tortillas may been too thin for this recipe.
  • Feel free to add your desired toppings.  Do not top too heavily though.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
