This Instant Pot bacon is crispy, savory and so easy! This recipe takes only 5 to 7 minutes to make and yields the perfect bacon. Use the leftover bacon grease to instantly elevate your next Instant Pot recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon, cut in half

Instructions 

  • First, slice bacon in half.
  • Press sauté on Instant Pot.
  • Place bacon into Instant Pot. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes.
  • Continue cooking until bacon has reached desired level of crispiness.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd Instant Pot.  The bacon needs to be in one layer to get crispy.
  • Slice bacon in half.  Full sized pieces will likely not fit.
  • Use medium level sauté mode.
  • Use the leftover bacon grease to add flavor to your next Instant Pot recipe!
  • Store bacon in the fridge for up to 4 days.
