This Whole30 Turkey Apple Hash has all the best flavors of fall.  It’s a protein packed breakfast, but would also make great leftovers for lunch or as the main course for dinner.  I love to make a big hash on the weekends to have on hand throughout the busy work week.  This lasts for several days in the fridge and the flavors marry over time, making the leftovers so flavorful.  This is truly a fall breakfast staple for me, but making it year round is just as delicious!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey
2 TBL olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
1 large apple, diced
2 cups chopped spinach
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
Pinch nutmeg

Directions:

Add turkey to a large skillet over low heat.  Cook for 5 or so minutes, until brown and crumbly.

Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium for 10-15 minutes.
