Swapped tofu and lentils in place of ground beef to make this vegetarian friendly, and it turned out delicious! It’s hearty and filling, but healthy enough that you don’t feel sluggish afterword. Definitely going to be making again!

These were SOOO good!! I make them almost weekly now. The only thing I changed was adding a little bit of paleo ketchup in, maybe like 1/4 cup max but I just kinda eyeballed it.
