We eat LOTS of Peanut Butter and I buy a 16oz. jar of Organic Great Value Peanut Butter from Walmart that is good. I have a TIP for blending the oils back into the peanut butter if it separates: Pull out your Hand Mixer and install the Main beater (just 1) andplace that beater in the jar. HOLD ONTO THE JAR, and turn the handmixer on a little at a time increasing it until it gets to the highest setting. Scrape the sides o f the jar and bring the beater up just a bit and back down into the jar. It does a Very nice job and then the oils don’t come back up to the top either!! We don’t care much for creamy peanut butter. So do I grind up some peanuts and just stir them into the homemade peanut butter? I didn’t see anything about a crunchy peanut butter version. Thanks!

There’s no way you made creamy peanut butter in two minutes. Takes much longer plus time spent letting motor cool down in between blending.

In reply to Darlene Steverson. Continue blending if it is dry. Eventually, the natural oils from the peanuts will release and it will become creamy.

I have a vitamix and truthfully don’t use it enough. I’m busting it out this weekend to make some peanut butter, it’s amazing how easy it is!
