I have a bunch of sesame seeds that I need to finish before I move out of my apartment, so I coated the date paste in sesame seeds before freezing and covering in chocolate. I love the texture! I added a few sesame seeds on top with the salt and I thought it was really cute. I had two dark chocolate bars and a couple of bags of oat milk chocolate, so I blended the two together and I like the mixture. I enjoyed using this recipe and adding my own little twists to it, thank you!5 stars

Can I use raw cacao powder for the cocoa powder in your recipe?

My favorite dates are Barhi dates which are smaller, but taste like caramels, and I’m assuming as long as I use the same amount that this should be fine as a substitution..
