Thanks for your response. I followed the recipe exactly. They were dry and tasted like flour. I was sad because they look SO good. When you measure flour for baking, do you spoon the flour into the measuring cups? Another words, do you pack it in slightly or very loosely measure it? Thanks for the help.

Just clarifying I rate this a 5 star recipe!!! Just made this delicious cookies last night using oat flour as my gluten free option! They were absolutely delicious! I also swapped the brown sugar for coconut sugar and they tasted so good. Great recipe! ☺️
