In reply to Anna. Hi Anna! Unfortunately that won’t work because coconut sugar is a granulated sweetener and honey is a liquid sweetener. One cup of honey would make this sickeningly sweet. You could replace coconut sugar with brown sugar, white sugar or maple sugar. Hope this helps!

In reply to Melissa. Hi Melissa! I have not tried this specific recipe using oat flour. Oat flour tends to be more dense and drying than regular flour so I would advise you to use less than the 1 3/4 cups that the recipe calls for. Hope this helps!
