The recipe is great and the cookies are delicious but I definitely would not label as “healthy” given the amount of sugar… lol

In reply to Julie. Hi Julie! Thank you for trying my recipe. My first guess is that the coconut oil was either too softened or wasn't completely mixed in. If there are small clumps of coconut oil in the batter, it will spread thin in the oven. Otherwise, you could either add a little bit more flour (maybe 2 tablespoons or so more) or trying to chill the dough for an hour before baking. Hope you try them again!

I loved this recipe, the dough taste amazing!
My problem is that the dough got sort of runny in the oven so it floated around instead of getting set as a cookie. What did I do wrong? I’m so sad but I will still eat them haha
