I am okay with admitting that. My hubby is the cook in our house as he loves doing it and is so much better at it than me.
But it was his birthday yesterday and we couldn’t go out for dinner so I thought I would try and make some delicious for him.
They came out so good! I served it with oven chips (because they are easy!) and some asparagus and I was beyond happy!!! And most importantly hubby was impressed!
I cooked his rare and mine medium rare and it was so much easier than I thought it would be.
