					<description><![CDATA[These ribs were absolutely delicious. This was my first time making ribs ever and I was nervous but this recipe saved me. I’m embarrassed to say that I forgot to add the beef broth and I ended up doing it when they had an hour left in the oven, but I smeared a little more BBQ sauce on the top ribs as the beef broth washed it off a bit - still came out amazing!]]></description>

If I would have placed them in the Dutch oven with the meaty side DOWN, I think they would have retained the moisture from the fat and the bbq sauce.  With the meaty side up all of the liquid drained from the meat and was in the bottom of the Dutch oven.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I changed one thing and added one step.....no sause while in the dutch oven...then when done, brush liberally with your favorite bbq sause and put on a roasing pan. 5 minutes on high broil for a nice carmelized crust. Otherwise, great recipe]]></description>
