It’s been ages since I’ve had swordfish but I couldn’t resist some fresh looking pieces at the market yesterday and found this recipe to try with it. It came out wonderfully. Perfectly cooked and lots of fresh lemon flavor that complemented the fish perfectly.

I’m not a fan of very fishy tasting fish so I tried this swordfish recipe. It was so good! We did it up on the grill outside, along with some skewered veggies. Lovely subtle flavor and pleasant texture.

This was so delicious I felt like I was eating at a fancy seafood spot. I paired it with some rapini and it was such a great combo, the swordfish was nice and tender, I can’t wait to make it again.

I’ve always wanted to try making swordfish and home (always got it out to eat). I was a little nervous about it at first and if it would turn out as good, but wow- this turned out so good! It was not dry at all and had the perfect amount of seasoning!! Def going to make it at home again.

I love this recipe! It’s so easy to make and it tastes excellent. I made it last night and served it with some pita chips and hummus, and my husband was thrilled.
