I’ve made them twice now. It’s cuts the craving. My only suggestion is baking the sweet potato on a piece of parchment paper and not in tinfoil which leaches aluminum into your food. 5 stars

Hi Barb! I would be concerned about the overall texture. These blondies are very soft and gooey (like pumpkin pie) and I do not advise using flax eggs for that reason.
