I have made this twice. I am trying to put your recipe into myfitnesspal so all I have to do is to pull it up each time I make it and eat it. I see that you have this: 119kcal, carbohydrates: 19g, protein: 4g, fat: 6g, saturated fat: 3g, polyunsaturated fat: 0.3g, monounsaturated fat: 1g, trans fat: 0.01g, cholesterol: 55mg, sodium: 114mg, potassium: 270mg, fiber: 4g, sugar: 5g, vitamin a: 104IU, vitamin c: 3mg, calcium: 19mg, iron: 2mg; but is this for 1 Brownie or the entire pan. I keep asking you on Facebook but I don't have an answer from you. I need to know.

This has become and all-time favourite dessert in our home. I use Carob powder and it help to sweeten it up a bit naturally. I have also added peanutbutter chips for the favourite mix of flavours. I add cream of tarter to all my baking recipes. Just 1/4 to /12 tsp depending on the amount being prepared. One thing that has really helped is mixing all the bananas, eggs, any extract flavourings if you have added some (receipe doen't call for it) first then I carefully fold in the carob/coco powder rather than using a blender. Once mixed up good I then use the blender to get it smooth and creamy. Other wise watchout, powder everywhere. I want to get every drop in my baking dish. I do not use parchment paper but grease with coconot oil generously.

I was very excited to try this recipe since I have gestational diabetes. We had brown spotted ripe bananas and everything! I made it and took the first bite and it was so bad. Very bitter and didn’t taste good at all. Would not recommend.

I really loved this recipe! I’ve tried keto and sugar free brownie recipes in the past and this was by far the best. I used 2 really large ripe bananas and added a drop of yogurt for a smooth texture + a splash of vanilla for flavor. They were excellent. Thank you!

I would really like to add a good bit of protein powder as I need to boost protein in my foods. What do you think about adding a dollop of greek yogurt to offset the powder so it isn't so dry?
