Super easy to make and very yummy. I added a splash of vanilla to it and they are super good! Definitely recommend.

This recipe was pretty good! I used blackberries instead of raspberries, only had to bake them for a little longer but they came out yummy and thick 🙂

In reply to Kelly. Hi Kelly! To cream the cold butter and flour, you definitely need to use a stand mixer or heavy-duty electric mixer.

My husband didn’t like the seeds. I enjoy the fruit in the cookie. I had a hard time combining the cold butter and flour. When I put the cookies in the oven the butter melted outside of the cookie.

In reply to Riri. Yes, that could work. Be sure to use solid coconut oil, not melted. If the dough is too sticky, try chilling the dough for 1 hour or so before baking. Enjoy!
