					<description><![CDATA[I must have missed stovetop burner temp and think I should have cooked at different temperature.  Also, even though I added more butter, my fish stuck because I was using multiclad instead of non stick. I saved it by switching mid cook.

This was a relatively tasteless fish. I won&#039;t buy it again for the price. 

The sauce carried the day.  I added a little key lime juice, dill, and a dollop of jalapeno jam.  It was amazing!  Served it over boil in bag quinoa.  The fish was good, but the sauce rocked it out.]]></description>

I strained out all the (burnt) garlic from the pan when pouring back over the fish &#038; The flavor ended up being okay. If you have suggestions for next time I’d try it again! ]]></description>
