Even though by mistake I used baking powder instead of baking soda, these muffins came out so good. Didn’t have fresh cranberries so used craisins and couldn’t resist throwing some pecans. Excellent texture and just the right amount of sweetness. 
I have been looking for recipes with almond flour and this is a keeper.
