These are such a simple, yet wonderful almond-flour cookie. The dough is so light and workable, we have really enjoyed making our first batch and plan to make more!

These sugar cookies have awesome ingredients, including grass-fed butter which we personally love, and maple syrup, a staple here in Canada. Plus, they look so pretty! Definitely on our to-do list!
