In reply to F S. Yes, the tapioca flour can be directly replaced with cornstarch. The almond flour needs to remain the same though!

We are just starting our gluten free journey and my 10 year old has been the hardest one to sell. He helped make this and ended up loving it as did the whole family! We will be enjoying this again!

If you are looking for a decadent, easy to whip up treat that tastes just like the real deal, look no further. It was absolutely delicious and I can’t recommend it enough – 11 out of 10! But be warned, you have to let it cool down before you dig in and it will be an exercise in patience.
