Yes, definitely!  When making the fruit jam layer, add a little bit more tapioca flour if it looks too runny.  Since blueberries aren&#039;t a super moist fruit (like peaches), they only need 2 tbsp of tapioca flour.  I think strawberries would need only 2 to 3 tbsp tapioca flour!]]></description>
