I was wondering were you say after you wash them and cut them to do the olive oil and then the seasonings can you use regular vegetable oil or melted butter if you don’t have Olive oil?

The best thing about this recipe, all ingredients are in my pantry and we enjoyed having it as our snacks. Easy and filling, I wont stay away with potatoes, lol.
