In reply to Zoe. Hi Zoe! Maybe try adding a little more maple syrup to help with the crumbly texture. Keep them in the fridge for extra crispy cookies! They get soft at room temperature, especially in the summer heat.

Helloo.
I tried this recipe today and i realy love the cookies. But the dough is very very crumble is that normal? I have put it in the fridge for one our but it was still crumble totaly fall out. What went wrong?
They are a litte chewy but i want them crispy what is the best recipe fpr reaöy good crispy cookie
