Been following this recipe for a while. My steak is never tough and always delish. I sear for two minutes each side and pressure cook for 3 minutes. Pretty good!

Followed your instructions. Seasoned the night before. Cooked on high pressure for 4 minutes. Slightly pink inside. Delicious!
