Hi!
Can I freeze the cookie batter? And how? Should I made the balls and freeze them like that?
Also when I’m ready to make them should I just pop them in the oven straight from the freezer?

Pretty good–I liked the texture. I wished that they tasted more “pumpkin-y” though. They don’t have a strong flavor.

Cookies came out like soup. They cooked for 14mins and still raw. I followed the recipe to a T!

These are the best gluten-free pumpkin chocolate chip cookies! I made them with Trader Joe’s 72% gluten-free/dairy free dark chocolate chips. They were perfectly soft, spiced and chocolatey. I’ve made them twice this week!
