Hi Alice! I have not tried that. You may want to use a square pan (8 inch or 9 inch) because I’m not sure it would be enough to fill a 9 by 13 pan. Have fun experimenting!

Hi Heather! Unfortunately not, since coconut sugar is a granulated sweetener and honey is a liquid sweetener. Granulated white sugar or brown sugar can be used though. Hope this helps!

Hi John!  I have not tried it with flax eggs or chia eggs.  My best guess would be to use applesauce.   For the 2 eggs, I’d replace them with 1/2 cup total unsweetened applesauce.  I do have many other Vegan recipes on my site if you want to try one of those!
