My husband and I could not believe how delicious this turned out. It has such a rich flavor, the texture was perfect and the house smells of fresh baked bread. I have tried many different ones. I resorted to buying a bread machine with a gluten free setting as a last resort. I made this bread recipe using the gluten free setting on my bread machine and exceeded my expectations! It was light, fluffy and tasted excellent.5 stars
