The first batch overflowed in the oven. I blamed myself for overfilling my pan, cleaned it up, and under filled the second batch….which also overflowed the pan. The baked parts left in the pan stuck ridiculously despite me oiling my pan liberally. I turned the leftover batter into mini muffins which took 25 minutes to bake and fell in the centers. I’ve done lots of gf donut recipes and none have been such a failure. The crumbs taste good but still super disappointed overall.2 stars

I sprayed it spray ghee! Maybe I should have used something else?

Hi Kirstyn! Did you spray the donut pan? I bet they would work well in a muffin pan, but they will be slightly more dense than regular muffins. Enjoy!

It came out with a golden outside and a moist inside! Took it to work and my coworkers couldn’t even tell it was Gluten free!!

Newly diagnosed with a severe intolerance and I’m finally able to get my farmers market apple cider donuts fix without having to deal with the side effects! 5 stars
