Just Made these cookies they are so Delicious. I used oat flour, vegan butter and coconut sugar. Instead of cooking them @ 400 degrees I did 375 for 10 minutes, they came out Perfect!!

This was a very good recipe! I added a teaspoon of vanilla extract (not sure why it doesn’t have that ingredient to begin with), and I wish I would have added a little salt. The recipe said to add salt if you use unsalted butter. I had regular salted butter, so I didn’t add it. But I think it needs s little salt.

Loved these eggless chocolate chip cookies! I have never worked with tapioca flour so I used cornstarch and they were a huge hit. You’d never know they didn’t have egg.
