This recipe was so easy to make and is such a delicious and healthy substitute for ice cream! I added a ripe banana for a little flavor. For lunch I used it as a base for a smoothie by adding a small amount of almond milk and frozen strawberries to a blender and it was amazing! The perfect lunch on a hot and humid day!!5 stars
