In reply to TMS. Hi! That may be because there is too much coconut flour. It can be crumbly. I would try using slightly less coconut flour next time.

I’ve made these a couple times and love the taste but they are super crumbly… fall apart when you try to pick them up..??

These turned out great!! I followed the recipe exactly and didn’t have any issues. It was so easy and could be made with ingredients I already had in my kitchen. I have a new recipe now to use up the coconut flour that’s been sitting in my pantry for too long. Thank you!

I’m with you. I had the exact same issue. The egg flavor is strong. The cookies melted. These needed more flour for sure and maybe 1 less egg.

Can I use coconut sugar instead ?
