Been making chocolate chip cookies but never thought that marshmallows are a great addition as an ingredient! They turned out so chewy and fun to eat. Kids love to bring them to school and share them with friends. Such a keeper!

These are EVERYTHING I love in a dessert in the perfect cookie! The marshmallows and chocolate are heavenly and the soft chewy texture of the cookie is perfection.

I had these at a friend’s house and just couldn’t believe they were gluten free. She sent me the recipe and I made them for myself, but with dark chocolate. A-MAZING. I grew up loving s’mores, but I think I like these even better.

In reply to Josh The Baker. I love these cookies with a pinch of salt. Either use salted butter or add a pinch of salt to the dough before baking. Enjoy!
