I made this recipe as muffins and they were amazing! I used tiger nut and cassava flours instead of the gf/paleo flours and replaced the sugar with monk fruit and honey. The texture was incredible, like biting into a dense, yet fluffy cloud. Fudgy but airy at the same time. I got 10 muffins total and baked them for 20 minutes. Making it again and again for sure!

This is actually delicious. I made it last night using butter and regular flour and it came out amazing. Really lovely texture and so chocolate-y!

Mine came out a little dry, but it was still very tasty! Tip: put some peanut butter on top changes the whole game!!
