This recipe did not work out at all for us. The cookies literally melted in the oven. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Maybe it needs eggs?

I am not able to have dairy so I ended up using earth balance butter spread. The cookies looks OK but when I went and bid into them, they were “gooey “and I actually gave them an extra two minutes in the oven as well. Not sure what went wrong.

We had high Hope’s for these cookies but my family did not like them. We felt that they didnt have any cherry flavor. I’m honestly surprised because there were a lot of cherry pieces in each bite.

We ate them warm, right after I took them from the oven and these cherry cookies were gone in no time. Next time I will make two batches.

I had frozen cherries in the fridge so I whipped these up and they were perfect! Kiddos thought the color was cool too.

Cherries are my husband’s favorite thing in the whole world so the second I saw this recipe I knew I needed to make these cookies. He loves them so much, as I knew he would, but I think I love them just as much and I’m not even as much of a cherry fan. Seriously, so good!
