This recipe worked like a charm for a person that I know who is gluten-free. I made ganache topping using the Enjoy Life brands chunks it was a superb finish for these brownies!

Delicious! Followed recipe as is except saving a portion of the chocolate chips to stir in at the end. Turned out great and tasted like “normal” brownies! Definitely will make a cookie sheet size next time as these were a favorite in our home!
