Just wow! I never write reviews but had to make time to for these! They’re truly incredible! I didn’t refrigerate as long as I was supposed to and they spread so much but made the BEST chewy and moist cookie! I used cinnamon instead of chocolate chips so it turned them into delicious snickerdoodles! It’s My new favorite Christmas cookie! Wow! 5 stars

I did only use 1/2 cup sugar and added one tablespoon of soy milk to the dough. I baked them for 9 minutes. They taste good and I will definitely make them again.
