Made this last night. It’s a great concept bc the flavors of the banana bread and brownie work so well together. That being said, the brownie center will not bake through if this recipe is followed as instructed. As noted by the other reviewers, it was still almost raw even at the max baking time of 45 minutes. And if you bake it any longer, you’ll risk drying out the banana bread. 6/10.

This was honestly delicious. I saw that the recipe had only 3 stars and was suddenly doubting it, but if you follow the steps it turns out perfect, the banana bread has the right consistency and the brownie layer is just the right amount of gooey. Try it!

Not sure how other people baked this, but I used a combination of almond flour and coconut flour for the brownie part and it turned out AMAZING!!!! This is my new favorite recipe – it’s the best thing I’ve had in a long time! LOVE IT!!!

This is easily the best brownie banana bread I’ve ever had. It’s super rich and “insane” as the title suggests. Word of advice: don’t be afraid to leave it in the oven for a few extra minutes. Mine needed a longer bake time than the recipe stated, but once it pulled through, it was perfection.

This was actually delicious. Yes it is runny as it gets out of the oven but it has a perfectly gooey center as it cools down. Love the cinnamon flavor in the banana bread part. Delicious.

Followed this recipe completely, and no matter what the brownie inside will not cook AT ALL. It doesn’t even turn out like a nice gooey brownie, it is extremely runny and the banana bread part doesn’t even taste that good.
