Mine did not develop a crinkly skin, and they were not fudgy in texture like intended. But yummy 🙂 basically just banana bread in a brownie pan, I was hoping for a different texture.

I subbed regular flour and used coconut sugar in place for both granulated and brown. Great consistency, super easy to make and went over well with the boyfriend! A keeper!!
