I made these blueberry cookies for kids at my school and they enjoyed it! One thing to note is they weren’t sweet and lacked an actual flavor of blueberry (they tasted like a toned down sugar cookie) . But, I’ll assume that was a fault on my behalf. I just dusted it with powder sugar and that covered my misdoings. 🙂

I made this using this exact recipe but my consistency came out mushy so added a little more gluten free flour and some frozen blueberries but still mushy. Please advise.
