This is sooo good. It’s only of the only meats my picky 3 year old will eat. I cut it up small and he loves pouring the sauce over his rice. A great way to introduce new flavors. I do find that 30 minutes in the instant pot is a lot for this.

This is awful. The meat is dry and it needs about two more teaspoons of salt to enhance the flavor.

Made this last night and the whole family loved it—even the picky eaters. I roasted some golden potatoes to put the masala on top of and chopped up some fresh baby bell peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, and lime for the top. Definitely will make this again.

I did add a little extra garam masala, cumin, curry, and turmeric once it was done in the pressure cooker,
