Thank you! My partner and I loved these and I made a simplified version of the marinade for our daughter who doesn’t like amnios. Both were wonderful.

Added small pieces of cauliflower to the vegetables and used pre cubed beef because it was what I had on hand. Still turned out great. Thanks again!

The pesto drizzle was a great suggestion. Took these kabobs to the next level. Never really think to make this kind of meal in the oven but sometimes that’s just easier than dealing with the grill outside!
