I found some thighs for a good deal at the store and so glad I found this recipe. The outside was perfectly crispy and the inside was moist and delicious. We will be making this one again.

I always get so nervous cooking chicken (I am afraid of under cooking it and getting sick… but I am also afraid of over cooking it and having dry chicken). This recipe turned out perfect and the instructions were easy to follow. Juicy, moist, flavorful… just the way chicken should be. Will make again!

The flavor of these chicken thighs was delicious.
The skin was crispy, the flesh was tender and we loved them.
I served them with some garlic butter potatoes and a green salad.
It was a really easy but delicious meal!

I love the crispy brown exterior of these baked chicken thighs! They were packed with flavors and so tender and juicy! So impressive!
