These are DIVINE! I added a tsp lemon zest, but the almond extract made took these over the top. Thank you for another healthier delicious treat!

These were so easy and quick to make! I used ground almonds in place of almond flour and it worked fine. I also used ready made jam that I already had, so slightly less healthy but super delicious!
