I made this recipe today and the cookies turned out so good! I replaced the coconut sugar with a stevia/erythritol blend to make it keto. I also added a block of cream cheese. They are very moist and chocolatey. 🙂 I will be making these again!

I’m looking to make this with a sugar replacement so that it can be more of a keto based snack. I’m assuming the nutritional amount is per cookie? I’m just trying to work out what the lowered carbohydrate levels will be with the replacement sugar (Nicks 1:1).

Tried this recipe and it turned out good and delicious. But wanted to know if the cookies will be soft in the middle and slightly chewy by recipe or if I’ve under baked them

This is one of my favourite cookie recipes! It works for my GF friends. They are SO delicious. Sometimes I add a bit of pink Himalayan salt on top.
