Love how quickly and effortlessly the air fryer tenderizes the carrots. Leaving them whole like this and using rainbow carrots really makes for a stunning presentation. The maple tahini sauce is so delicious I could eat it with a spoon. Definitely doubling that next time!

We love these roasted carrots. They make the Sunday roast more exciting. My boys who normally don’t like cooked carrots were loving them. We had them with a shoulder lamb roast. Delicious.

I used baby rainbow carrots for this and holy cow, they’re delicious!! So easy delicious, and will absolutely be making them again.
