I was going to try microwave but was nervous about exploding comments. All 10 came out perfectly! I did not notice the peeling was any different with the ice bath, but I did that as well. I will try to play with the time and number of eggs as I can fit many more at one time, but wasn’t sure how to adjust the time. Thank you for a new recipe on an old favorite!5 stars

And I often have them in the fridge so she grab one as a snack. But when I don’t she likes to make them herself. She is pretty good in the kitchen but she is also a bit clumsy and a pan of boiling water is so dangerous with her around. 

With the air fryer it feels so much safer! And I love that. I love that I can let her develop her independence without giving myself a heart attack worrying about her.

Hmm I do not have that air fryer so I cannot say for certain. I do use a lower temperature so that they will not explode. Hope this helps!
