I was convinced with a big family that it would be a waste of time. 
Man was I wrong!! I love how the kids can cook their own snacks etc. 
Baked potatoes in the air fryer are amazing, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. Perfect for a lunch with some shredded cheese. 
Or my favourite way, with some seafood salad and a sprinkle of old bay.

I recently came across your Air Fryer Baked Potato recipe and just had to give it a try. I have to say, I was blown away by the results!

First off, the recipe was incredibly easy to follow and the instructions were clear and concise.

When the cooking was complete, I was amazed at how perfectly cooked the potato was. It had a crispy skin and a fluffy interior that was just begging to be loaded up with toppings. After loading my cooked potato with cheese, barbecued chicken, and some crispy bacon, I pigged out just a bit. LOL! OMG! So yummy!
